I’m hearing reports that the Warbird Ramp at Sun ‘n Fun’s Lakeland Airport has been “expanded”. There are reports that the area of the ramp has been enlarged, and also that the Warbirds of America organization has built a new permanent “clubhouse” for Warbird activities during the Fly-In.
I have a request out to Sun ‘n Fun for more details. I’ll report them as I get them.

I’m in Florida to attend this year’s edition of “Spring Break for Pilots”, the Sun ‘n Fun Fly-in.
There are lots of things I look forward to each year at this fly-in. Above is last year’s Saturday morning balloon launch, which is one of my favorites. Check back here daily for reports from Lakeland.
